LPA has represented Granat LLC in multi-million investment deal with the State of Georgia to develop five-star hotel in the building of former Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia at 56 Kostava Str., Tbilisi, Georgia. 

Over the months of negotiations, our client acquired ownership title over the investment property from Georgian Properties LLC and achieved an agreement with the Government of Georgia to carry out long-term investment project. According to the investment agreement concluded with the National Agency of State Property, Granat LLC undertook to spend at least 20,000,000 USD on development of five-star hotel of international brand.

The hotel is announced to be opened in 48 months!
