Nana worked as a Senior Associate at BLC law firm. Along with other large projects, she was involved in energy, securities, privatization and civil aviation projects. Nana has also worked as a Legal Advisor at USAID/Caucasus Office covering Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan and providing advice on various legal aspects, including corporate and tax issues of USAID contractor organizations. Archil Lezhava is the Head of the Litigation and Arbitration team. He has significant experience in corporate, real estate and civil law dispute resolution. David Kapanadze is a Partner at LPA Law Firm. He advises clients on telecommunications, intellectual property, consumer law, corporate restructuring, investment and tax law matters. David is an Assistant Professor at Tbilisi State University where he teaches Case law of Public International Law to the master’s students of European Studies and International Relations Department.

Elene Mebonia serves as an Associate at our law firm, specializing in corporate and commercial law, telecommunications law and employment law matters, as well as dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the firm Elene worked at the Supreme Court of Georgia at the Court Practice Research and Generalization Department. Her main duties at the Supreme Court included analysis of the Court’s orders and judgments on administrative cases and drafting respective sections of the written publication by the Court on generalization of the judicial practice. Previously Elene was employed, on a community basis, at the Legal Issues Committee of the Parliament of Georgia as a member of a team of analysts working on the draft laws.
Elene is a graduate of the Department of Legal Studies of Tbilisi State University. During her law school years Elene has actively participated in a number of national and international moot court competitions such as Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in 2014 (Vienna, Austria), Jean Pictet International Humanitarian Law Moot Court Competition in 2015 (Virginia, USA), Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in 2012 and 2013 (Washington DC, USA). Tamar Mamporia is an Associate at LPA Law Firm. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Associate at the global law firm DLA Piper Georgia LP, where she was the member of the Finance and Projects Group. At DLA Piper, she was involved in the complex security market transactions, which included IPO and Premium Listing at the London Stock Exchange of one of the largest banks in Georgia. Her working experience also involves banking restructuring; local securities and other finance transactions, as well as energy projects, due diligence and deal closing matters. She was also advising in relation to employment and environmental regulations.
Prior to DLA Piper, Tamar served as a Legal Adviser and Coordinator of the Commercial Law and Tax Committee at American Chamber of Commerce in Georgia (AmCham). At AmCham, she was involved in various advisory projects, such as advising in relation to legislative amendments in Competition Law and Labour Code and representing AmCham’s position in various official occasions. She was also involved in AmCham’s EWMI/JILEP funded project related to property restitution matters. Her working experience also includes working as an Associate at the Law Firm - CFS Legal and as a Head Coordinator of the Legal and Human Resources Department at Teach and Learn with Georgia Program, coordinated by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. She was also a visiting Legal Researcher at Bulgarian Law Firm in Sofia and has completed internships at the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Parliamentary Legal Issues Committee at the Parliament of Georgia.

Prior to joining the firm, Lana served as an intern at the Georgian Security and Analysis Center at the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies. Lana is a graduate of the University of Groningen (The Netherlands), faculty of International and European Law (Honours Programme). During her bachelor studies she spent one semester as an exchange student at Masaryk University, the Czech Republic.
